As of August of 2018, construction on the K-5 Bloom-Carroll
Local School District Elementary School is expected to follow this tentative
timeline. This timeline may be revised
during the design process based on the development of site and building plans
and/or the construction process based on any potential delays that arise.

Late August/Sept 2018 – August 2019: Design Phases (Programming, Schematic Design, Design Development,
Construction Documents).

July
2019: Early site package commences for a new K-5 elementary school at the 58 acre Carroll-Eastern Road property owned by the District.

November
2019: Construction commences for the new K-5 elementary school.

January
2021: Substantial completion date
for new K-5 elementary school.

March/April 2021: Final completion of new K-5
elementary school when building is available to the District and prepare of
occupancy for the beginning of the 2021 school year.

August
2021: The new K-5 elementary school will open to students.
